I bought these on a whim to see whether they'd be an easier alternative to my previous solution of home-wound nichrome wire igniters, and they have exceeded my expectations as far as precision timing, low current draw, and ease of use go.
On the box they come in is a chart specifying the resistance for various lengths of standard gauge wire plus the resistance of the igniter itself. The most useful thing, though, is that they specify BOTH the current level below which none of the igniters will fire AND the current level above which all of the igniters will fire. Taken together these two pieces of information make it MUCH easier to design you sequencing and ignition circuit for precision and safety (as well as determining how many igniters you can actuate in parallel from any one source based on its current capacity).
