37mm launchers DO NOT require registration as an NFA weapon unless they are to be used with anti-personnel rounds. Refer to ATF Ruling 95-3.
This launcher IS NOT ITAR regulated and can be Owned, Shipped to all 50 States.

I ordered and received my new 37mm launch within the same week! Fast service from Pyro Build along with good prices and availability. These launchers seem to be sold out everywhere, but Pyro Build has them! Can't comment on the performance of the launcher yet, but feels firm and solid!
